At the UK Hydrographic Office we continue to develop our ADMIRALTY Maritime Data Solutions portfolio. In collaboration with the Institute of Customer Service, we have launched a survey to help understand our customers’ requirements.
If you work with us, partner with us, or use our products and services, we would appreciate ten minutes of your time to complete a short survey.
The results of this survey will:
• Understand where we are now against where you want us to be
• Identify where we’re serving you well
• Understand what you want us to improve upon, and the areas that matter the most to you
• Help ensure we’re developing services that match your priorities
