Yes. Please provide the customer with the software files, licence key and Vessel Playbook to support installation onboard. The Playbook contains step-by-step guidance.
If the customer requires assistance with installation, licensing or activation, please contact UKHO Customer Services.
The IMO number helps identify the vessel and allows the UKHO and distributors to verify existing AENP arrangements to route enquiries appropriately.

ADSD software can be downloaded from our public File Share Service website at https://fss.admiralty.co.uk. Please note that new users will need to register to use the site. A search for software will display the ADSD software installation files.
