David Chesney
David is responsible for managing the UKHO global routes to market for ADMIRALTY products & services which includes commercial contracts, intellectual property, data licensing, and compliance.
David joined the UKHO in 2012 as a Digital Analyst within the Customer Services team. In 2016 he joined the Channel Team, firstly as Channel Executive, then taking up the position of Channel & Partner Programmes Manager in 2020. David took up his current role as the Head of Channel on an interim basis in 2022 before taking up the role permanently is 2024.

Robyn Cull
As a Product Manager and interim Head of Product Marketing, Robyn is responsible for the development, roadmap and go-to-market plan for ADMIRALTY Digital Sailing Directions (ADSD).
Robyn joined the UKHO Customer Services team in 2011 and by 2017, her talents were recognised with a move into the Market and User Research team where she began through user research and market engagement to help shape the ADSD proposition. In 2022, she moved into Product Management where she developed the S-104/S-111 product proposition. This year, she took up the interim role as Head of Product Marketing where she is responsible for the development of the go-to-market plan and roadmap for ADSD.

Lisa Denson
Lisa is a Programme Manager responsible for delivering the publications development roadmap and has been at the UKHO for 16 years. During that time she has worked primarily in the customer-facing side of the business, in Product Management, Programme Delivery and as Interim Chief Customer Officer.
Prior to joining the UKHO, Lisa was in the private sector working for British Airways, where she undertook a wide variety of roles, mainly in customer-facing programme delivery and transformation areas.

Matthew Jollands
Matthew Jollands is Head of Strategic Business Intelligence at the UK Hydrographic Office, where he leads horizon scanning, market and customer research and business intelligence functions across the organisation.
Matthew brings over 20 years of experience in research, policy and strategy, having worked across government and private sector organisations in the UK and internationally. His expertise spans social and market research, customer insight, strategic planning, project delivery and data governance.
