Adrian Chiam
As Head of Markets, Adrian leads the UKHO team in Singapore. He has over 18 years of technical experience in the maritime industry, spanning from electronic navigation, GMDSS, simulators and Vessel Traffic Management Systems.

David Chesney
David is responsible for managing the UKHO global routes to market for ADMIRALTY products & services which includes commercial contracts, intellectual property, data licensing, and compliance.
David joined the UKHO in 2012 as a Digital Analyst within the Customer Services team. In 2016 he joined the Channel Team, firstly as Channel Executive, then taking up the position of Channel & Partner Programmes Manager in 2020. David took up his current role as the Head of Channel on an interim basis in 2022 before taking up the role permanently is 2024.

Matthew Jollands
Matthew Jollands is Head of Strategic Business Intelligence at the UK Hydrographic Office, where he leads horizon scanning, market and customer research and business intelligence functions across the organisation.
Matthew brings over 20 years of experience in research, policy and strategy, having worked across government and private sector organisations in the UK and internationally. His expertise spans social and market research, customer insight, strategic planning, project delivery and data governance.

Michelle Tarr
As Senior Product Manager, Michelle leads the team that looks after the UKHO’s portfolio of paper and digital charts and publications.
Michelle joined the UKHO in 2010, working in the Customer Services Team responsible for paper chart ordering. In 2015 she joined the Product Management Team, firstly as a Junior Product Manager responsible for reference publications. She then took up the position of Product Manager in 2017 where, more recently, she managed the development of trial S-104 and S-111 data. Since 2024 Michelle has been a Senior Product Manager, working to set the strategic direction of the paper and digital publication’s portfolio.
