As Head of Product and Services, Jason leads the team responsible for ensuring ADMIRALTY products and services meet the global navigational needs of vessels, enabling safe and SOLAS-compliant passage planning and voyage execution from berth to berth worldwide.

Jason plays a central role in the UK’s investment in the S-100 standards, focusing on how these services are delivered to navigators. He serves as Vice-Chair of the IHO’s Worldwide ENC Database Working Group (WENDWG), which works to ensure consistent, high-quality electronic navigational data is available worldwide. He brings nearly 20 years of experience managing navigational services and more than 30 years in the hydrographic domain.

John joined NorthStandard in December 2016. As Loss Prevention Director, he supports the company's Greek members, working closely with the Claims and Offshore teams to deliver a member-focused service.

John is a Master Mariner and joined from a survey and marine consultancy company. Previous to this, he was engaged in shipyard operations conducting new build DP vessel projects in Asia as an owner’s project representative. John also has extensive seagoing experience, with 16 years at sea across container and offshore vessels, including DP vessels, AHTS, PSVs, drilling units and wind farm lift boats.

Capt Konstantinos Strikos is a Master Mariner (Unlimited) with over 25 years of maritime experience, including command on LNG carriers (Steam, ME-GI, DFDE) and ice-class Suezmax tankers.

He served at sea from 1993 to 2024 and currently works ashore at the Angelicoussis Group Training Center as a Crew Trainer, focusing on bridge team performance, navigation safety, and simulator-based operations.

He holds an MPhil in Shipping Management, an MSc in Human Resource Management, an MSc in Shipping Management, and a BSc in Business Administration.

As Product Manager for the International Hydrographic Organization (IHO) phase 1 S-100 standards (S-101, S-102, S-104, S-111 and S-124), Sam manages the product lifecycle for each of the standards in collaboration with experts across the UKHO and industry partners to ensure that product strategy aligns with international standards, user needs, and organisational objectives

Sam has been a part of the UKHO for over 12 years, working across a variety of business areas including international engagement and commercial, enabling him to focus on driving safe, efficient, and future ready products that enable the modernisation of maritime navigation and data services.
