Tom works at the forefront of the latest β€˜next generation’ navigation technologies to support the implementation of new standards that can help improve safety, efficiency and optimisation.

Andrew has represented the UKHO within the IHO ENC WG for several years and is the chair for the IHO ECS Project Team responsible for providing recommendations on ECS navigational requirements for the sub-ECDIS mariner.

Michelle is a Senior Product Manager at the UKHO, where she leads the team responsible for the Admiralty portfolio of charts, publications and digital services.

Since joining the UKHO in 2010, she has held various roles across customer services and product management. Her experience includes managing the development of trial S-104 and S-111 data and helping set the strategic direction of the UKHO’s publications portfolio.
