Less than two months until the retirement of ADMIRALTY e-Navigator Planning Station and ADMIRALTY gateway

With the final retirement of ADMIRALTY e-Navigator Planning Station and ADMIRALTY gateway taking place on 29 January 2021, we remind users that they must migrate to an alternative provider

In January 2020, we announced that after considerable market analysis undertaken by the UK Hydrographic Office (UKHO), all versions of ADMIRALTY e-Navigator Planning Station and ADMIRALTY gateway will be retired.

Throughout 2020, we have been sunsetting the products in a phased retirement process to ensure minimal disruption, giving users time to prepare for the final retirement of the products which will take place on 29 January 2021.

After this date, ADMIRALTY e-Navigator Planning Station and gateway will be deactivated, lose functionality, product updates will cease and user support materials will no longer be available. Customer Services support for these products will end on 26 February 2021.

In advance of the retirement, users are advised to contact their ADMIRALTY Chart Agent to discuss migration plans and suitable alternatives that meet their e-navigation needs.

During the final phase of the sunsetting process throughout December 2020 and January 2021, we will be keeping users updated through our distributor network and via Notices to Mariners. We recommend all our users, customers and partners monitor these channels closely to ensure they do not miss any updates.
